Upon arrival in Dubai, you will be met by a Ya’lla Tours USA representative and transferred to your hotel for overnight.
We begin today in the Bastakiya area to see the traditional wind-tower houses
and visit the Dubai Museum in Al Fahidi Fort.
(If the Dubai Museum is closed, we will visit the Shindagha Museum and Perfume House instead).
For lunch, enjoy an authentic experience of Emirati traditions and culture at the Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum Centre for Cultural Understanding (SMCCU). This non-profit organization is located in the Bastakia area in a lovely traditional wind-tower house. A homemade lunch will be served while a local Emirati guide speaks about the culture, tradition, and everyday lives of the Emirati people. Open dialogue and questions are encouraged, with the aim of promoting understanding and tolerance.
(This is a shared group lunch. Available Sundays and Tuesdays only.)
Meet your private guide again and cross the creek on an abra (the local water taxi) for a walk through the gold and spice market to admire the dazzling gold and take in the beautiful aromas of the local spices.
Next our tour takes us to the world’s tallest tower Burj Khalifah. Take the At The Top tour, a multi-media presentation on the history of Dubai, as well as the story of this incredible building. Begin in the reception area and end on the observation deck on the 124th floor.
We’ll take a short walk and a photo stop at Jumeirah Beach Residence, known as JBR. It's one of Dubai’s trendiest residential communities with more than 40 residential towers, restaurants, cafes, and a public beach.
We’ll continue to Palm Jumeirah, an architectural feat and a main landmark of Dubai. The scenic tour includes a drive along the trunk and onto the final branch of this man-made island, overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Atlantis Hotel.
Watch a show of the world's larget musical, dancing fountain at the Burj Khalifa Lake in Downtown Dubai.
Return to your hotel for overnight.
|
|
Visit one of Dubai’s newest architectural landmarks, the Dubai Frame in Dubai Zabeel Park, which holds the record for the largest frame in the world. Enjoy a bird’s-eye view of Dubai’s old and new skylines from 150 meters high.
Continue to the Museum of the Future with exhibits portraying life as it could be in 2071, with a focus on technology, natural habitats, and humankind as part of a wider galaxy.
Next we’ll visit Alserkal Avenue arts and culture district with a lineup of galleries showcasing Arabic, Persian, and Middle Eastern arts.
Return to your hotel for overnight.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
Itinerary sequence may change depending on arrival day. |

Travel Tips
In General, June to September are the hottest months. Temperatures go up to 48 degrees (nights between 38-40) and Humidity soars to 90% on many days. October to May are very pleasant with an average temperature of 25-28 during the day and 16-20 at night. Sunscreen is always highly recommended as the sun is extremely bright especially during the summer months.
A valid passport is required for entry into the UAE.
Visitor visas are obtained upon entry.
Contact health authorities for the latest information.
Although very modern and cosmopolitan, Dubai is a conservative society and visitors are advised to dress appropriately out of respect for local custom. In public places, women should wear garments that cover their upper arms and legs. They should not appear in public dressed in shorts, tight trousers, bare-backed or low-cut dresses. Men should wear long trousers and shirts. Shorts and sun tops should only be worn at the beach or by the pool.
When visiting any mosque, women are required to cover their hair and décolleté.
We recommend that you wear loose comfortable clothing as it will be warm. Comfortable foot wear for walking is advisable. Desert visitors should have caps, sunscreen (sunscreen is recommended all over the countries as well especially in the hot weather).
The UAE uses the Emirati Dirham, which is pegged to the USD. 1 dollar = 3.65 dirhams. AtMs can be found in major commercial and tourist areas and major credit cards are widely accepted.
220 - 240 V, 50 Hz, UK type plug (three holes). Most hotels provide plug adapters.
